The current site didn't convert much client's leads as it should be.
I interviewed stakeholders on the business goals and researched competitors sites, while interview users on their needs and behavior.
For better dynamic site and easily managed to add temp pages for the marketing department - I designed from scratch a new site, which contains a blog & competitors comparison, pricing and ROI calculator.
Job interview task
Dreams is #1 mattresses brand in UK, backing Team GB and has plenty of offline branches all across
the county. The task was to convert more from their website, with close to 1M monthly visitors.
Offline, I visited Dreams branch near Catford Bridge (London) and online, I tested Dreams' search engine and tested users flows and Bounce rate & traffic stats, comparing them to US competitors to learn new insights.
I made a couple of suggestions (see below) to improve the site back end and front end- Addressing users needs for better site conversion.
